Archangel Michael Monastery is blessed with lovely gardens, full of colourful flowers for our busy bees to collect nectar and pollen from. 

Our Pure Raw Monastery Honey is extracted straight from the hives at the monastery.

Just like most of us, our bees like to stay indoors and rugged up during winter, but once it gets warmer they're buzzing back to work.

We'll let you know when they've made more honey, so watch this space!
